About Me

Meet Your Guide: Raigan

Hi, I’m Raigan. My journey with binge eating and sugar addiction began at a young age. Despite never being overweight, I constantly felt immense pressure and self-loathing. My struggles peaked in high school, leading to a cycle of destructive eating habits and self-shaming. Everything changed in 2013 when I discovered the secret to not only losing weight but also keeping it off and truly loving myself. Now, I am passionate about helping others transform their lives.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and extensive training in food, nutrition, and self-love, I am uniquely qualified to guide you on your path to health and happiness.

In junior high, I was a size 0 but felt incredibly fat, hurt by cruel nicknames like "buffalo butt" and "thunder thighs." By high school, my binges escalated—I could eat an entire loaf of bread with butter and jelly in a day
