The journey begins with a 45-minute workshop on October 29th at 12 PM PST, followed by weekly live workshops, where you can ask questions and connect with fellow participants. Can’t attend? No problem! Recordings will be available, and you can submit questions in advance to ensure your voice is heard.

Throughout this program, we’ll dive into the emotional aspects of sugar cravings. Today, I want you to begin noticing any emotional patterns tied to your cravings. Are you feeling stressed, anxious, bored, or even joyful when the cravings hit? This awareness is key to breaking the cycle.
Your practice for today is simple: Notice any sugar cravings that arise and observe how they make you feel. Don’t act on the craving immediately—just sit with the feeling for a few moments. Ask yourself: What am I really craving? Is it comfort, energy, or perhaps an emotional release?
This process of observation is the first step toward transforming your relationship with sugar.
