Welcome to Sweet Balance, a gentle yet transformative 30-day journey to help you reset your relationship with sugar, food, and emotional eating! This empowering program includes five weekly workshops, starting on October 29th, along with daily support designed to nurture your mind and body.

Starting November 1st, you’ll receive a daily email from R2Connection featuring a 10-minute guided meditation (MP3), a journaling prompt, and thoughtful, gentle practices to guide you through your sugar reset.

This isn’t about restriction; it’s about freedom—freedom from guilt, emotional eating, and the cycle of self-criticism. You deserve to heal your relationship with food in a way that’s kind and compassionate.

The journey begins with a 45-minute workshop on October 29th at 12 PM PST, followed by weekly live workshops, where you can ask questions and connect with fellow participants. Can’t attend? No problem! Recordings will be available, and you can submit questions in advance to ensure your voice is heard.

Remember, sugar cravings aren’t a sign of weakness—they’re a message from your body. Through Sweet Balance, you’ll learn to listen with compassion and respond with self-love.

Next, I invite you to spend a few minutes in meditation, focusing on cultivating self-love. As you close your eyes and breathe deeply, repeat affirmations such as:
“I am worthy of nourishment that heals my body and soul. I love and honor myself by making choices that serve my well-being.”

This practice will help ground you as we begin this reset and encourage a mindset of kindness toward yourself.
