Starting January 2, 2025, you’ll receive a daily email from R2Connection featuring a recorded guided meditation, a journaling prompt, and thoughtful, gentle practices to guide you through your sugar reset.

This isn’t about restriction; it’s about freedom—freedom from guilt, emotional eating, and the cycle of self-criticism. You deserve to heal your relationship with food in a way that’s kind and compassionate.

The journey begins with a 45-minute workshop on January 2, 2025 at 12 PM PST, followed by weekly live workshops, where you can ask questions and connect with fellow participants. Can’t attend? No problem! Recordings will be available, and you can submit questions in advance to ensure your voice is heard.

Remember, sugar cravings aren’t a sign of weakness—they’re a message from your body. Through Sweet Balance, you’ll learn to listen with compassion and respond with self-love.
